Job summary

Safer London is seeking an Expert Development and Delivery Caseworker - Positive Relationships and Sexual Behaviours to support young Londoners. You will provide one-to-one support, develop services, and share expertise with colleagues to address harmful sexual behaviours and related risk contexts.

You will work across partner agencies, deliver training, and maintain robust case recording while upholding safeguarding and trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in social care, health, youth/community work, criminal justice or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Experience of safeguarding complex cases with children and families.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and contextual safeguarding.
• Ability to develop services and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective services to young Londoners who engaged in concerning or harmful sexual behaviours.
• Contribute to service development to meet diverse needs.
• Create accessible resources with colleagues and across teams.
• Lead on providing advice, consultations and training.
• Undertake high-quality case recording and robust risk assessments.
• Signpost to support services and coordinate with partners.
• Engage with multi-agency partners to deliver the service.
• Contribute to reporting and learning events.
• Adhere to safeguarding legislation and organisation processes.
• Undertake other duties as required.
