Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Social Worker (Grade 8) for the Harmful Sexual Behaviour Service (HSB). You will work with children and young people across Lancashire, delivering specialist support and contributing to multi-agency planning.

Join a developing HSB Hub focused on trauma-informed, restorative practice and collaborative partnerships to improve outcomes for children and families.

• Help develop and strengthen Lancashire's HSB offer and contribute to ongoing service growth.
• Champion child-first, restorative and trauma-informed practice across all aspects of your work.

Salary: £33,945 - £43,421 per annum

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service (CYJS) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our developing Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering specialist support for children, young people, families, and professionals across Lancashire.

Working with children aged 8 to 18, you will become part of a growing HSB Hub that is enhancing support across CYJS, Children's Social Care, and Early Help Services.
