NHS Highland is seeking a motivated individual to lead shifts, administer medication and support care staff in a Highland care home. The role focuses on supporting residents to remain independent, with a strong emphasis on person-centred care and safety.

The post requires SVQ 3 in Social Care or SVQ 2 with commitment to attain SVQ3 within five years for SSSC registration. It is a fixed-term, part-time position until May 2027, 22.2 hours per three-week rota with day, back and night shifts;

Qualifikationen

• Experience in social care setting essential.
• SVQ3 in Social Care or SVQ2 with willingness to achieve SVQ3 within 5 years to enable registration with SSSC.
• Fixed term part-time post to May 2027, 22.2 hours on a three-week rota (day, back, night shifts).
• Enhancements for Evening, Night, weekend and Public holiday working.
