Runwood Homes is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to lead a designated unit, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and supporting the care team daily.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, medication administration, staff recruitment and training, and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience in care environment with person-centred care focus.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Knowledge of care planning, medication, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the designated unit, ensuring safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
• Lead and supervise the care team, providing guidance, support and mentorship.
• Manage residents' and employees' documentation; ensure records are accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee medication administration following company policies and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Support Home Manager/Deputy Manager and deputise when required.
• Assist with staff recruitment, rota planning and attendance monitoring.
