Oakbank Care Home in Crieff seeks a Senior Care Assistant to lead and support a team in delivering safe, person-centred care to residents.

You will supervise shifts, oversee medication, monitor wellbeing, and maintain accurate records, while communicating with families and healthcare professionals.

The role is full-time, 38.5 hours per week, with a salary of £14.00–£14.50 per hour; PVG, pension, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.

Competenze

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum); Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
