The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a deep understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and governance, with a proven track record of improving ratings and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing elderly focused residential homes.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.
• Demonstrated ability to improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good, or maintain consistent Good ratings.
• Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth.
