Job summary

Care UK is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead shifts, coordinate care plans and work closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality resident care. You will be organized, IT literate, and capable of delegating tasks to support residents’ independence and wellbeing.

The role emphasizes effective collaboration with the leadership team, adherence to care planning processes, and a proactive approach to medication administration and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Be well-organised and IT literate.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising your shift.
• Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
• Administering and recording medication.
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Supporting residents with daily needs to keep them active and independent.
• Working with the leadership team to develop services.
• Provide a fun, inclusive and professional approach at all times.
