Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and privacy.
• Lead and supervise care staff to maintain high standards.
• Develop and review individual care plans for residents.
• Safely administer and record medications.
• Monitor wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Encourage independence and meaningful activities.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and records.
• Follow infection control and health & safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and professionals.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Respond to emergencies following procedures.
