NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a physiotherapist with a strong interest in cardiac rehabilitation to coordinate, lead, and further develop the physiotherapy component of the cardiac rehabilitation service across three sites. This senior role provides strategic and clinical direction to ensure high-quality rehabilitation for patients.

Competenze

• Registered Physiotherapist with valid HCPC registration.
• Educated to/working towards/operating at Masters Level.
• Post graduate expertise within specialty demonstrating leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within the speciality.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and delivery of the physiotherapy cardiac rehabilitation service across NHS Lanarkshire sites.
• Provide clinical expertise and act as a key resource for the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Support the education, training, and development of staff involved in cardiac rehabilitation.
• Deliver clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional support to less experienced staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
