Job summary

Qualifications

• GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) desirable.
• Ability to travel between geographically disparate sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric expertise for assessment and diagnosis of children and young people.
• Lead clinical care, including pharmacological treatment decisions and legal considerations under the Mental Health Act.
• Provide supervision to junior medical staff and participate in service planning and governance.
