• Provide accurate records for audit and ensure risk management on the team level.
• Act as clinical supervisor to junior colleagues and foster their development.
• Develop care plans and coordinate referrals, ensuring evidence-based care.
• Follow Trust protocols, maintain documentation, and support training and governance.
