Job summary

Client Server Ltd. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive architecture and delivery for a large-scale C# .Net desktop platform in FinTech. You will lead a trio of Agile teams, shaping features and maintaining high security, performance and reliability.

Hybrid working is offered, with office presence in Reigate and remote collaboration across teams. A strong background in design patterns, OOP and cloud practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with C# desktop development for large-scale systems.
• Senior, hands-on leadership in an Agile environment.
• Strong collaboration with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead three Agile teams (~10 engineers) on a flagship desktop platform.
• Architect, design and develop new features while ensuring security, reliability and performance.
• Influence design choices and provide technical ownership in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
