Contracts Consultancy Ltd. is recruiting a Commissioning Manager to oversee commissioning and handover of major office projects.

You will work within the Estates Asset Management team to ensure building systems are tested, operational and ready for facilities management handover. Ideal candidates have strong M&E engineering or building services experience in large commercial offices, with a track record in testing, faults resolution and handover processes.

Formación

• Strong background in M&E engineering or building services.
• Experience commissioning and testing building systems in large commercial offices.
• Experience handing over buildings from construction to facilities management.

Responsabilidades

• Review commissioning plans, procedures and test scripts for building systems.
• Witness commissioning activities and ensure systems meet required standards.
• Identify faults and coordinate with contractors to resolve them.
• Support handover of building services to Facilities Management.
• Review operation manuals, commissioning records and compliance docs.
• Ensure HVAC and electrical systems are safe and compliant for ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to enable a smooth handover.
