Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Commissioning Manager (CxM) to lead the full commissioning process on major construction and fit-out projects. You will head on-site teams, develop and manage the Commissioning Activities Schedule, and ensure all building systems are tested, validated, and handed over in accordance with Owner’s requirements and design intent.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in building commissioning or MEP project delivery.
• Certification: CCP/CSA or similar preferred.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary commissioning teams on complex projects.
• Knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop Commissioning Activities Schedule (CAS) and lead all commissioning activities across projects.
• Maintain the live commissioning programme aligned with the construction schedule.
• Chair commissioning progress meetings and produce weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Define commissioning strategy per project, ensuring compliance with standards and handover milestones.
• Manage commissioning programme risks and communicate impacts to the Project Manager.
• Oversee on-site commissioning team and manage testing, documentation, and handover.
