Job summary

CCL Global is seeking an experienced Commissioning Specialist to support a public sector organisation with the commissioning and handover of new-build and refurbished office buildings. Working in the Estates Asset Management team, you will ensure building systems are fully tested, operational and handed over to Facilities Management.

This hybrid role requires a strong background in M&E engineering or building services, with knowledge of HVAC and electrical infrastructure, and experience

Qualifications

• Experience commissioning and testing building systems in large commercial offices.
• Strong background in M&E engineering or building services.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience handover from construction to Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Review commissioning plans, procedures and test scripts.
• Witness commissioning activities and ensure standards met.
• Identify faults and coordinate with contractors for resolution.
• Support handover of building services to Facilities Management.
• Review operation manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure mechanical and electrical systems are safe and compliant.
• Work with contractors and teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Experience with BMS and fire safety systems.
• Seasonal commissioning and integrated systems testing.
• Familiarity with BIM360 or similar platforms.
