A leading UK main contractor is seeking a Principal Sustainability Lead to oversee all building certifications including BREEAM, LEED, and WELL across its project portfolio. This mid-senior level role requires strong experience in delivering these certifications, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering BREEAM, LEED, or WELL certifications in a construction environment.
• Excellent knowledge of certification documentation and assessment procedures.
• Familiarity with LCA, carbon assessments or environmental management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of BREEAM, LEED and WELL certifications across projects.
• Develop project certification strategies and advise teams on compliance.
• Provide guidance and training on sustainability best practice.
