Job summary

NEP Group is seeking an experienced Audio Engineer at Guarantee level to lead audio delivery on major productions. You will prepare, configure and operate complex broadcast audio systems, including consoles, stageboxes and IP-based networks.

You will collaborate across technical teams to deliver seamless, high-quality sound for global broadcasts. You will bring a proven track record in outside broadcasts or live events, strong fault-finding skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Audio Engineer in outside broadcast or live production environments.
Strong knowledge of professional broadcast audio workflows, signal flow and routing.
Experience configuring and operating complex audio systems and broadcast consoles.
Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting under live production pressure.
Knowledge of Dante, AES67 or ST 2110-30 and IP-based workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead the audio delivery on assigned outside broadcasts and live productions.
Prepare, configure, test and operate complex broadcast audio systems.
Set up and manage consoles, stageboxes, routing, monitoring and communications.
Collaborate with Vision, VT, Camera, Engineering and Production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and records.
