Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Branch Manager for our Lincoln, Lincolnshire branch. The role is a permanent, full-time position, based in-store with a 35-hour week from Monday to Saturday, offering leadership over a busy branch and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead and develop branch staff, drive performance, and ensure regulatory and operational risks are managed effectively while upholding Nationwide’s customer-first values.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in a retail environment is desirable.
• Ability to motivate staff and drive performance to meet service benchmarks.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes and risk management.
