Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious bespoke joinery installation project in Oxford (OX4). You will oversee a team of around 20 Carpenters/Joiners and support two on-site Managers to deliver safely and to the highest standards.

The role involves coordinating with clients, architects and subcontractors, maintaining budget controls and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joinery Fit-Out Site Manager in high-end projects.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Valid CSCS card and health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Project manage joinery and fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Lead and inspire a team of Carpenters/Joiners on site.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and subcontractors.
• Uphold high workmanship standards and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Monitor budgets, costs and expenditures to stay within allocated budgets.
