Soho House Farmhouse Haybarn is seeking a Head Bartender to oversee daily beverage service, lead a skilled team, and maintain high standards of presentation and guest experience. You will train junior staff, manage stock and assist in innovative menus while upholding the club’s elevated service culture.

You will work closely with the Bar Manager to develop seasonal drinks, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety protocols, delivering exceptional experiences for

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Clear communication under pressure.
• Personal Licence or willingness to obtain one preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead bar operations during service, ensuring the bar is fully set, clean, and running smoothly.
• Deliver high-quality beverage service including classic cocktails and premium offerings.
• Mentor, train and support bar staff to grow product knowledge and service standards.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager to design seasonal drinks and events.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain stock accuracy and report shortages or wastage.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure valued experiences.
• Work with floor, kitchen and events teams for seamless service.
