Job summary

CAF Bank in Kings Hill is seeking an experienced Analyst Manager to lead the Bank Technology Analyst function and drive excellence in requirements management, solution assurance and business analysis practices. The role will shape governance, collaborate with stakeholders and strategic partners, and advance AI-enabled analysis capabilities to deliver high‑impact business outcomes.

You will lead, coach and develop analysts, embed standards, and ensure alignment of requirements with business goals

Qualifications

Experience leading, coaching or developing Business Analysts and/or Systems Analysts.
Strong experience gathering, analysing and assuring requirements (business, functional, non-functional, technical).
Ability to review and challenge solution designs and third-party deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Bank Technology Analyst function.
Define and embed analysis standards, methods and quality controls across the technology portfolio.
Elicit, analyse and assure business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
Provide assurance and challenge of solution designs, requirements and third-party deliverables.
Ensure requirements, solutions and testing remain aligned to agreed business outcomes.
Represent the Analyst function within delivery and governance forums.
