Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching Business Analysts and/or Systems Analysts.
• Strong ability to gather, analyse and assure requirements.
• Experience with third-party suppliers and delivery assurance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Bank Technology Analyst function.
• Define and embed analysis standards, methods and quality controls across the technology portfolio.
• Elicit, analyse and assure business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
• Provide assurance and challenge of solution designs, requirements and third-party deliverables.
• Ensure requirements, solutions and testing remain aligned to agreed business outcomes.
• Represent the Analyst function within delivery and governance forums, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of AI-enabled analysis capabilities.
