Job summary

Scale Factory (formerly Ten10) is seeking a Lead Intelligent Automation & Low-Code Consultant. You will design, develop, and deliver automation and low-code solutions using Power Platform and Copilot, while guiding senior stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

This hands-on yet strategic role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to influence automation initiatives across client projects.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for security clearance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting to C-suite.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading developers.
• Proven problem-solving, design, and analytical abilities.
• Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform and/or Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver automation and low-code solutions with Power Platform and Copilot.
• Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to shape automation strategies.
• Mentor junior developers and potentially run a small team.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft tech trends and AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
