• Significant experience in recruitment agency compliance, internal audit, risk or workforce compliance.
• Strong knowledge of right-to-work rules and agency legislation.
• Experience leading and developing an audit/assurance team.
• Able to personally carry out audits and produce reports.
• Credible communicator able to advise senior clients.
• Commercially minded with experience of services and client retention.

• Lead and coach a four-auditor team with quality and client service standards.
• Oversee a busy programme of agency and supply-chain audits (~80 per month).
• Personally deliver complex audits requiring senior input.
• Provide technical compliance advice on recruitment and right-to-work.
• Present findings and manage sensitive client conversations.
• Develop training and online learning modules for the service.
• Identify opportunities for additional audits, training and consultancy.
• Suggest process improvements to raise quality and profitability.
• Represent audit function in the senior leadership team with reporting on performance.
