Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer and facilitate procedures for serious adverse event management and patient feedback and complaints for REAS services.
• Support incident investigation, Datix reporting, and communications of lessons learned and recommendations.
• Line manage Business Support Officers within the team.
