Job summary

Unispace is seeking an Associate Designer to lead corporate interior projects from concept through completion. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative environments that reflect each client’s vision and goals.

With 10+ years of experience, you will mentor junior staff, manage budgets and timelines, and contribute to sustainable, high-quality design solutions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• Leadership experience managing small teams and project deliverables.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other design tools.
• Strong client-facing and proposal-writing capabilities.
• Understanding of building codes, sustainability, and current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, including budgets and schedules.
• Mentor junior designers and guide design development.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (structure, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape).
• Communicate design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop technical drawings and construction details, ensuring design intent.
