Job summary

Network - Career Consultants is seeking a Senior Designer for a leading design-led studio. You will lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with the Creative Director and CEO to shape the creative direction and ensure exceptional delivery.

The role requires strong project management, leadership and client management skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple design projects across hospitality schemes and smaller programs.
• Take ownership of creative direction, design development, tender, construction and installation.
• Mentor and guide Junior and Middleweight Designers, contributing to studio standards and processes.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop and present compelling, experience-led design concepts to clients.
