Qualifications

• Extensive experience in interior design or architecture, focused on corporate interiors.
• Proven ability to lead small teams, manage deliverables, and mentor juniors.
• Advanced Revit proficiency; other design software a plus.
• Experience with diverse clients across industries (law, entertainment, finance, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, sustainability, and current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership: refresh workplace environments with high-quality designs aligned to goals and values.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Construction teams to communicate design methodology.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, including budgets and schedules.
• Mentor junior designers and guide career growth.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and landscape consultants for seamless execution.
• Develop and review architectural documents and construction details.
• Research products and materials to ensure sustainable, innovative designs.
• Visit sites, process submittals, manage RFIs, and oversee construction procedures.
• Communicate design concepts and project updates clearly to clients.
