The Craighalbert Centre (The Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments) purpose is to work with families and partners to deliver integrated learning, therapy and care for children in Scotland, supporting the enablement of children affected by motor impairments to achieve their potential and fulfil their ambitions.

We are actively seeking an individual who possess a deep passion for working collaboratively within a team dedicated to supporting children with complex communication, health and care needs.

In the role of Lead ASN Teacher (Curriculum & Operations), you will play an indispensable role within our highly skilled and committed teams, bringing your enthusiasm to your work every day.

As an integral part of our commitment to fostering a personalised and inclusive environment, we create specialised settings that nurture children's learning, curiosity, well-being, and ongoing health. Your duties will involve teaching responsibilities in class and also within our innovative Early Intervention Programmes for children aged 0-5.

Our Early Intervention Programmes are designed specifically for children in Scotland who are at risk of developing a neurological condition or have a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of a neurological condition. Our programmes offer targeted support to help children thrive during these crucial early years. Each programme is crafted with the child’s wellbeing and early learning and development in mind.

In addition, there will be responsibility for the professional review and development of colleagues, by supporting the delivery, and ongoing evaluation of the learning elements of service across nursery and Early Intervention Programmes offered within the Craighalbert Campus.

We offer a range of benefits, including an attractive salary package, SSPA Pension, substantial annual leave allowance (65 days), family support, access to an employee assistance program, and complimentary on-site parking.

To apply, please email your CV to hr@craighalbert.org.uk along with a supporting statement of no more than 700 words, outlining how your knowledge, experience, and attributes enable you to meet the responsibilities of this position.
