Job summary

HCA UK seeks a Lead Production Pharmacist to join the Aseptics team at Harley Street Campus in London. You will lead production pharmacy services across aseptic units, ensuring high quality, patient-focused care and strong governance.

• GPhC registration and MPharm or equivalent required.
• Significant post-registration experience in aseptic services and production pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Pharmacy Team across three Aseptic Services Units.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Develop and mentor the pharmacy workforce and foster continuous improvement.
• Deliver QA, validation, audits and project-led improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to guide strategic aseptic service developments.
