Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead complex architectural projects from concept through to completion, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring technical excellence.

You will mentor junior colleagues, manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• UK architectural practice experience with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages from concept to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Produce, review and manage technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Deliver projects under traditional and design-and-build procurement.
• Act as main client contact and maintain strong working relationships.
