Job summary

Experis is seeking a Lead Architect to spearhead a major cloud transformation programme. You will lead architecture and design across complex VMware environments, drive VCF upgrade programmes, and guide technical teams and stakeholders through design challenges.

You will run workshops, review governance, and collaborate with global teams across multiple tech areas. The role requires deep VMware expertise, NSX, Kubernetes, and a proven track record in enterprise architecture and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture and design across complex VMware environments.
• Proven track record driving VCF upgrade programmes (5.x to 9.x).
• Ability to guide technical teams and stakeholders through design and delivery challenges.
• Proficient in running requirements and design workshops.
