Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join a major cloud transformation programme. You will lead architecture and design activities across complex VMware environments, and drive VCF upgrade programmes from 5.x to 9.x.

You will guide technical teams and stakeholders, run requirements and design workshops, review governance documentation and standards, and collaborate with global teams and vendors to deliver the transformation. Travel within the UK is required.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading architecture and design across VMware environments.
Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX.
Hands-on knowledge of VCF Operations & Automation, HCX, and Kubernetes.
Leadership of workshops and governance reviews with stakeholders.
Ability to guide global teams and vendors through complex design decisions.

Responsibilities
