Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join a major cloud transformation programme. You will lead architecture and design across complex VMware environments and drive VCF upgrade programmes (5.x to 9.x).

You will guide technical teams and stakeholders through design challenges, run requirements workshops, review solutions and governance, and collaborate with global teams across multiple vendors. UK travel required; SC Clearance; Inside IR35. Contract: ASAP to 01/03/2027.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering VMware cloud architectures and upgrades.
Proven track record leading complex design workshops and governance.
Experience driving VCF upgrades (5.x to 9.x) and guiding large technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design activities across VMware environments.
Drive VCF upgrade programmes (5.x to 9.x).
Guide technical teams and stakeholders through design and delivery challenges.
