Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join a major cloud transformation programme. You will lead architecture and design across VMware environments and drive VCF upgrade initiatives from 5.x to 9.x.

You will guide technical teams and stakeholders, run design workshops, review solutions and standards, and collaborate with global teams across multiple technologies and vendors. UK travel may be required. Contract until 01/03/2027; Inside IR35.

Qualifications

Experience leading architecture and design activities across complex VMware environments.
Proven ability to drive VCF upgrade programmes (5.x to 9.x).
Strong leadership of technical teams and stakeholders through design and delivery challenges.
