Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join a major cloud transformation programme. You will lead architecture and design across complex VMware environments, drive VCF upgrade programmes from 5.x to 9.x, and guide technical teams through design and delivery challenges.

You'll run requirements and design workshops, review governance documentation, and work with global teams across multiple technologies and vendors. UK travel is required, with IR35 and SC clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture and design across complex VMware environments.
• Proven track record driving VCF upgrade programmes from 5.x to 9.x.
• Strong ability to guide technical teams and stakeholders through design/delivery challenges.
• Expertise in running workshops to capture requirements and designs.
• Ability to review governance documentation and architectural standards.
