Morson Group, partnering with an award-winning, design-driven architectural practice in Cardiff, is recruiting an experienced Job-Running Architect on a permanent basis. The role leads delivery across multiple RIBA stages, coordinates with clients and consultants, and ensures BIM excellence using Revit.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect.
• 3–5 years of proven experience running projects independently within a UK architectural practice.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM workflows, specifically utilizing Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, design-led projects across multiple RIBA stages from concept to completion on site.
• Oversee production of comprehensive technical drawing packages and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, clients and external consultants in an open studio environment.
• Ensure proposals comply with UK Building Regulations, planning permissions and net-zero sustainability standards.
