Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Oxford is recruiting an Associate/Director Architect to spearhead a brand-new studio in Education & Sports/Leisure sectors. You will shape the studio’s culture, recruit early, and lead projects with autonomy and strong client engagement.

The role requires RIBA/ARB registration, extensive experience across RIBA stages, and a track record in Education or Sports & Leisure projects. Proficiency in Revit and a proven leadership capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with RIBA/ARB credentials and project leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects across all RIBA stages.
• Experience in Education and/or Sports & Leisure sectors with a network is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational launch of a new Oxford studio.
• Build and develop a growing team, mentoring junior staff.
• Drive new business development and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee projects through all RIBA stages from feasibility to completion.
• Act as the regional face of the practice and build its reputation.
