Job summary

Avove is recruiting an Arborist Team Leader to join our expanding team on a major energy infrastructure project in the UK. You will lead field crews, ensure safe on-site delivery, and manage subcontractors to meet contract standards.

The role requires NPTC qualifications and experience in utility arboriculture, with emphasis on risk assessments, method statements, and strong client liaison. We offer stability, progression, and access to cutting-edge equipment.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Utility Arb NPTC qualifications are required.
• Desirable qualifications include aerial pruning, rigging, and MEWP operations.
• First Aid at Work and Forestry First Aid training are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage work programmes and ensure safe delivery on site.
• Ensure procedures, safe working methods and environmental practices are followed.
• Complete work specifications and method statements for teams.
