Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an Early Careers Lead to shape and deliver apprenticeship and graduate development programmes.

You will partner with learning colleagues, external providers and senior leaders to co-design and embed a growing, scalable framework across the region. You will oversee governance, budgeting and delivery, ensuring compliance and impactful learning experiences for trainees while building enduring relationships with educational institutions and business

Qualifications

• Holds a CIPD qualification and has experience in early careers programmes.
• Experience delivering apprenticeship and graduate development pathways.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and governance for large programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across education providers, business leaders, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage early careers programmes across the region.
• Embed governance, budgeting and delivery at scale for apprentice and graduate pathways.
• Lead on communications, engagement and partnerships with schools, providers and internal teams.
