Qualifications

• Hands-on ML engineering experience in industry or research
• Masters/PhD in CS, math, statistics or related field
• Track record deploying business-critical ML models
• Broad knowledge of MLOps tooling for versioning, observability, etc.
• Experience monitoring and improving models over time
• Specialism in NLP or CV
• Solid fundamentals in statistics, optimization and ML theory
• Familiar with transformers, CNNs, autoencoders
• Experience with distributed/multi-threaded systems and scalable apps
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to varied stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build scalable Data Science capabilities across multiple business use cases
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy ML services in strategic systems
• Research datasets using statistical and ML techniques
• Communicate AI capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences
• Document approaches to comply with industry regulation
