Job summary

Infinitesima Ltd is seeking an Applications Engineering Manager to lead a growing team that demonstrates and validates our metrology technology with customers in semiconductor environments. You will shape demonstrations, guide feasibility studies and drive practical applications that translate into commercial success across our product line.

You will balance customer needs with engineering capacity, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable, repeatable deployment

Qualifications

• Customer-facing technical role experience
• Experience leading engineers in a technical environment
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, demonstrations and evaluations

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of Applications Engineers
• Manage delivery of Early Access Demonstration programme
• Work directly with customers to understand use cases and requirements
• Guide customer demonstrations, feasibility studies and technical evaluations
• Act as escalation point for complex applications and system issues
• Support pre-sales activities and customer engagements
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate feedback into product improvements
• Define and improve application workflows and documentation
• Create scalable deployment and customer success approaches
• Influence future product direction through customer insight
