Identify Solutions is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer in London to own and shape the analytics platform. You will define models, metrics, and data contracts, and build trusted data products powering decisions for a scale-up with a trans-continental expansion.

The role emphasizes building the golden layer with dbt, Python, and BigQuery, while ensuring observability, reliability, and cost controls. You will mentor growing teams and collaborate across Product, Engineering and Brand.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end analytics platforms.
• Ability to mentor analysts/engineers as the team grows.
• Strong focus on data governance and observability.
• Hands-on with dbt, BigQuery and cloud data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics platform end-to-end and set roadmaps.
• Design high-trust dbt marts and semantic layer for features.
• Stand up observability, tests, lineage, and SLAs for pipelines.
• Mentor analysts/engineers and partner with product/eng/brand.
