Job summary

MPLC in the United Kingdom is hiring an Analytics Engineer to build and own a modern data platform that delivers trusted, governed data for reporting and AI-ready capabilities.

You will automate reporting processes, collaborate with finance and revenue teams, and own the analytics stack end-to-end from ingestion to insights. This is a remote role with travel as needed and a clear impact on business decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with a modern cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake.
• Experience with dbt or a similar data modelling framework.
• Focus on what a metric means, not just whether a pipeline runs successfully.
• Enjoy working directly with business stakeholders to solve problems and improve decision-making.
• Instinct to automate repetitive processes and improve the way things work.
• Take ownership and see the impact of your work.

Responsibilities

• Build and own MPLC's analytics platform, creating trusted, governed data that supports reporting, decision-making and future AI capabilities.
• Replace manual reporting processes with automated, reliable data products that give every part of the business confidence in the numbers they're using.
• Own analytics platform end-to-end from data ingestion to reporting, governance and data quality.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance and senior stakeholders to define metrics and ensure a single source of truth.
• Help shape the platform and future self-service analytics, forecasting and AI-driven capabilities.
