Fidarsi is recruiting a Lead Analyst for Financial Services Benchmarking & Strategy in London. The role offers hybrid working and up to £55,000 plus bonus.

You will lead analysis across benchmark reports and client projects, turning large datasets into actionable, commercially useful insight, and speaking directly with senior stakeholders.

This is a mix of rigorous analysis and client engagement with opportunities to shape product development and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in consulting, financial services, market data, benchmarking, research or a similarly analytical environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint as a baseline.
• SQL and Power BI would be a genuine plus.
• A solid grasp of financial services, with the ability to get fluent in the detail quickly.
• Someone analytical, articulate and commercially switched-on.

• Leading analysis across a portfolio of benchmark reports, client projects and product development work
• Turning large, complex datasets into clear, commercially useful insight
• Working directly with clients to understand the problem behind the question and deliver something genuinely useful
