Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Analyst to join a growing analytics team focused on portfolio performance, collections strategy, and client insight. This role blends technical analysis with stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making.

You will analyse portfolios across collections, deliver reporting and recommendations to internal stakeholders, identify trends and risks, and support customer segmentation and portfolio strategy development.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in collections, recoveries, insolvency, credit risk, or portfolio analytics.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Python experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
