Job summary

Joseph Harry Ltd in London is seeking a Lead AI Labs Software Engineer to steer the company's UK AI labs, delivering end-to-end Agentic AI solutions using Python and cloud platforms.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with stakeholders across finance and sales, and showcase solutions to clients. The role includes hybrid work 3 days per week, 9am-5pm, with a salary of £150k-£180k plus 25% bonus and 10% pension.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience as a Python Software Engineer/Programmer/Developer.
• Leadership experience for end-to-end project delivery, from inception to production.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong design and architecture capabilities.
• Experience creating Agentic AI solutions with business stakeholders.
• Proven track record taking Agentic AI solutions into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Labs for the UK office, guiding the team of one manager and two seniors.
• Deliver Agentic AI solutions from inception to production and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI capabilities.
• Showcase solutions to clients and explore partnerships with customers.
• Participate in two Python pair-programming and architectural interview stages.
