Job summary

eFinancialCareers seeks a Lead AI Labs Software Engineer to head UK AI labs, directing a small team and aligning with business stakeholders. You will drive Agentic AI projects from inception through production, coordinating with a manager and two seniors while refining architecture and deployment practices.

In this role you will showcase solutions to clients, partner with finance teams, and leverage AWS, LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Advanced experience as a Python Software Engineer/Programmer/Developer.
Leadership experience for the delivery of projects from inception to production.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Advanced design and architecture ability.
Creating Agentic AI solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
Experience taking Agentic AI solutions into production.

Responsibilities

Lead AI labs for the UK office and collaborate with a manager and two seniors.
Deliver Agentic AI solutions from inception to production within multi-team environments.
Showcase team solutions to clients and explore partnerships.
Engage with AWS, LangChain/LangGraph and related tools to architect scalable AI systems.
Participate in interviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
