Client Server Limited in London is seeking a Lead AI Engineer/Developer (Python / TypeScript) to drive AI adoption in a Hedge Fund environment. You will work closely with the CTO and leadership to deliver end-to-end AI solutions, prototype new capabilities and set practical standards for AI-enabled coding and workflows.

• Senior backend-focused software engineer with AI experience.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech or hedge funds.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Degree in STEM with a 2.1 or higher from a top university.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy AI applications and agentic workflows across the firm.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery through deployment and post-production support.
• Collaborate with the CTO and leadership to define technical strategy and governance.
• Work with structured and unstructured data including market and tick data, reports and documents.
