Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-powered features. You'll work across Python and TypeScript backends, scaling production applications used by thousands of users and shaping how AI capabilities are integrated into the product.

The role combines hands-on coding with collaboration across product and engineering teams, giving you influence on architecture and providing a hybrid Manchester/WFH setup with a competitive £80k salary and strong

Qualifications

Strong backend software engineering skills with Python and TypeScript
Experience building and operating scalable production applications with significant user numbers
Practical experience with LLMs and AI application development, including RAG or agentic workflows
Understanding of AI application reliability, evaluation and production monitoring
Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication and collaboration skills, mentoring others
Familiarity with MCP and modern AI tooling would be beneficial

Responsibilities

Design, build and deploy AI-powered features delivering real value to users
Work across Python and TypeScript backends for scalable, reliable applications
Contribute to full development lifecycle from prototyping to production deployment
Influence technical decisions and collaborate on architecture
Shape how AI is integrated into the product and monitor production systems
